Refunds & Returns

· Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns or issue refunds.

· If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

· Any refunds for pre-paid subscriptions (such as gifts) will be prorated based on the number of shipments already sent.
